Job summary

Conscious Care Group Pty Ltd is a boutique NDIS provider in South-East Queensland seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead Mental Health Support Workers and SIL House Leaders, ensuring high-quality, compliant, person-centred service delivery.

You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee rostering, risk assessments, staff training, and ongoing NDIS compliance across SIL, STA/MTA and SDA environments, fostering a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in the NDIS sector with leadership responsibility.
• Strong people-management and team leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 10+ staff across SIL environments.
• Coordinate rostering and workforce planning.
• Attend stakeholder and participant meetings and provide updates.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate staff training (PBSP, Restrictive Practices).
• Maintain NDIS compliance and promote a positive culture.

Conscious Care Group Pty Ltd is a boutique NDIS provider specialising in Supported Independent Living (SIL) across the South-East Queensland region. Following a period of strong growth, we are excited to invite applications for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join the team!

This is a leadership role reporting to the Operations Manager, with responsibility for leading Mental Health Support Workers and SIL House Leaders, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and person-centred service delivery.

About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager plays a critical role in operational leadership and NDIS compliance across SIL services, including SIL, STA/MTA and SDA environments.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a team of 10+ Support Workers and House Leaders
• Rostering and workforce coordination
• Conducting and attending stakeholder and participant meetingsCompleting risk assessments and providing weekly/fortnightly stakeholder updates
• Organising and coordinating staff training (PBSP, Restrictive Practices, etc.)
• Maintaining strong NDIS compliance across services
• Supporting positive culture, accountability, and quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in the NDIS sector
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Sound understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Mandatory Requirements

• NDIS industry experience
• Current QLD Blue Card
• Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
