Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services, care coordination or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with the NDIS framework or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of privacy and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with participants and families.
• Coordinate participant intake, onboarding, and service planning.
• Monitor wellbeing and advocate for participant rights.
• Coordinate rosters and shift coverage for staff.
• Monitor timesheets and payroll accuracy.
• Oversee documentation and compliance with NDIS requirements.
