selectability is a not-for-profit charity focused on improving mental wellbeing and suicide prevention across regional Queensland. The Support Coordinator role is based in Cairns and involves navigating NDIS packages with participants to maximize their plans.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and empowering participants to make their own choices as to how they want to lead their lives
• Coordinating a variety of services for participants to support them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives within the community
• Engaging with and managing participants key stakeholders (including government agencies, community and clinical service providers and families) ensuring supports are leveraged
• Working with participants to strengthen their ability to coordinate their own supports to live their best life
