Qualifications

• NDIS experience in coordination/support roles.
• Experience in Service Coordination, Rostering or NDIS Administration.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supports and services for NDIS participants.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
• Manage staff rosters and service schedules.
• Coordinate participant onboarding and service commencement.
• Maintain accurate participant records and documentation.
• Assist with service agreements, invoices and administrative processes.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and company policies.
• Liaise with support workers, clinicians and external providers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to participants and their support networks.
