St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking an organised and proactive NDIS Quality & Service Coordinator to support safe, compliant disability services. This new leadership role combines quality, compliance with NDIS requirements and organisational policies while overseeing service agreements, billing and NDIS itemisation.

The role includes occasional overnight regional travel and participation in an on-call roster, with hybrid working arrangements offering flexibility between office and home.

Formación

• Organised and detail-focused candidate with ability to support quality systems and compliance.
• Strong communication and time management skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience or understanding of NDIS and disability services is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operation of the Quality Management System and maintain compliance registers.
• Monitor compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
• Assist with audits and audit readiness, including NDIS registration processes.
• Manage NDIS administration including service agreements, billing, line items and financial processes.
• Support client intake, onboarding and system setup.
