Job summary

Redeema Pty Ltd in Ringwood, VIC is seeking Disability Support Workers with experience in ABI, complex behaviour and PBS to join our Robust SIL home. Availability to work full-time is essential.

You will provide personalised support to participants, maintain documentation, implement BSP strategies, and work as part of a 24/7 SIL care team while upholding privacy and dignity. The role requires police checks, vaccination, and a valid driver's license; we offer above award pay and ongoing PBS

Qualifications

• Experience in disability and NDIS supports.
• Able to implement Behaviour Support Plans.
• Current National Police Check and NDIS checks.
• Vaccination as required for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Empower Participants to exercise personal choice and independence.
• Report risks, restrictive practices and incidents.
• Implement BSP strategies and document information for the PBS Practitioner.
• Support participants with daily tasks and mobility.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and shift handovers.
• Ensure privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
