Job summary

Alive4Life in Campbelltown is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper for an onsite temporary role (3 months) to support the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping, AR/AP, NDIA invoicing, and payroll assistance.

This casual, 9am–2pm position offers hands-on training in NDIS-specific processes, exposure to NDIA and Plan Managers, and potential progression based on performance. You should be pursuing a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting and enjoy working with numbers in a small team.

Qualifications

• Currently working towards a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable and able to work in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare and process invoices to NDIA and Plan Managers.
• Follow up outstanding invoices and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll.
• Assist with NDIS plan management and related administration.
• Prepare and maintain Service Agreements.
• Keep financial records accurate and data entry tasks.
• Help with other duties as required by the Senior Bookkeeper.
