Job summary

2B Inclusive is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver quality services to NDIS participants across Adelaide's North and North East, with some travel to Evanston.

You will manage a caseload, conduct functional assessments, and develop tailored Behaviour Support Plans, while collaborating with families and support teams to implement strategies and provide training. A values-led culture supports ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, or deemed suitable under the Capability Framework.
• At least 6 months' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or Mental Health.
• Membership with a recognised professional body (AASW, AHPRA, PACFA, ACA or BSPA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of NDIS participants across Adelaide's North and Lower North.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments for participants.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
• Collaborate with families and support teams to implement strategies.
• Prepare and deliver tailored training packages for support teams.
• Ensure practice aligns with NDIS Practice Standards and restrictive practices guidelines.
