Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide therapy to NDIS participants in homes, schools, and community settings. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement plans that maximise outcomes and funding, while building strong relationships with participants and their supports.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor/Master/Graduate Diploma).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Be deemed a Behaviour Support Practitioner by NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend weekly hub meetings.
• Build strong relationships with participants, families and carers.
