Qualifications

• Experience working with NDIS plan managers.
• Background in accounts receivable, credit control or debt collection.
• Confident and courteous on the phone.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Following up overdue invoices by phone and email.
• Liaising with NDIS plan managers to resolve payment queries.
• Reconciling payments and keeping accounts up to date.
• Keeping clear records of correspondence and follow-ups.
• Flagging any issues early so nothing slips through the cracks.
