Job summary

Norweld is seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager to lead and coordinate learning and capability development across our national workforce. This newly created role works with leaders, managers, HR, and SMEs to identify capability needs and deliver practical learning solutions aligned with our growth.

The role also leads the Early Careers Coordinator, overseeing apprenticeship and school‑based programs.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating and delivering workplace learning across multiple teams.
Ability to translate business needs into practical training plans.
Strong learning design, facilitation, coaching and evaluation skills.
Willingness to travel between Norweld locations.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to identify training needs and develop plans.
Coordinate induction, onboarding, technical, systems, sales, and leadership programs.
Design learning materials and assessments with internal experts.
Facilitate workshops and arrange specialist delivery.
Support managers with coaching and employee development.
Coordinate internal and external trainers to deliver programs.
Evaluate participation and program effectiveness and iterate.
Lead the Early Careers Coordinator and oversee apprenticeship programs.
Maintain training records and reporting for compliance.
