MSS Security is seeking a National Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of training initiatives across our national business. Based in Adelaide, SA, this full-time role requires strong administrative and coordination skills, with the potential for hybrid work after establishment.

You will coordinate training activities, develop resources, and liaise with stakeholders to implement and improve training programs across multiple locations, including national travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, coordination or similar support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to develop, review and maintain training plans, resources or documentation.
• Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and general business systems.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsabilités

• Developing and updating training modules and learning resources.
• Writing, reviewing and maintaining training plans to support business and operational requirements.
• Coordinating training activities, documentation and administrative processes.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Supporting consistent training standards and practices across multiple locations.
• Travelling as required to support training activities and operational needs.
