Softball Australia is seeking a National Talent Operations Coordinator to manage the operational side of our national age-group pathways, coordinating travel, logistics and budgets to support athletes and coaches. This role drives events from camps to international tours, ensuring timely information flow and seamless execution.

You’ll work hybrid from Melbourne, align with the National Talent Pathway Manager, and contribute to a pathway that feeds toward elite representation in future Olympics

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in sports administration or equivalent, or 2+ years in a similar role.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Confident following set processes and driving improvements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using technology to work smarter.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate pathway travel logistics, including bookings and visas.
• Be the first point of contact for athletes, coaches and SA stakeholders.
• Liaise with WBSC, tournament LOCs, AIS and other stakeholders for bookings and compliance.
• Communicate itineraries and logistics plans to teams and staff.
• Manage freight and equipment movements, including customs and international transport.
• Maintain program calendars and daily schedules for camps and tours.
• Reconcile financial and corporate card accounts monthly with SA Finance.
• Provide general administrative support to the National Talent Pathway Manager.
• Run post-event feedback surveys after each camp, tour or tournament.
