Job summary

Gymnastics NSW seeks a Gymnastics for All Events, Pathways and Performance Officer to join our Sport and Events Team. You will coordinate and deliver a diverse calendar of events and programs across NSW, supporting participation and pathway initiatives.

This hands-on role combines event operations, stakeholder engagement and program administration, with responsibilities spanning registrations, volunteers and event logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in sport administration, event management, recreation or related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Working with Children Check.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Experience coordinating events or participation programs.
• Experience in gymnastics or member-based sporting organisation.
• Flexible to work outside hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Gymnastics for All events, programs and initiatives.
• Support participation, pathway and performance activities.
• Plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate events across NSW calendar.
• Coordinate volunteers, officials and event workforce.
• Manage registrations and communications.
• Provide event leadership and operational oversight.
