Job summary

Aurizon is seeking an experienced National Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our frontline recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Brisbane. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for operational, technical and frontline roles, delivering proactive attraction and sourcing strategies.

Partner with hiring leaders to provide market insights, manage high-volume campaigns, and build strong pipelines using PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency, RPO or internal talent acquisition environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates across skilled, technical or operational roles.
• Experience using PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services including workforce planning and candidate management.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across regional sites.
• Build talent pipelines using PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide market insights and recruitment recommendations.
• Travel to operational sites as required and ensure a superb candidate experience.
