Aurizon is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Adviser on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Network business. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end recruitment across diverse operational and technical roles, with a strong emphasis on proactive attraction and stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with leaders to provide market insights, manage high-volume campaigns, and build talent pipelines. Some travel to operational sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in agency, RPO or internal talent acquisition environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates across skilled, technical or operational roles.
• Experience using PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
• The ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• A current and valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Deliver full end-to-end recruitment services, including workforce planning, attraction strategies, sourcing, assessment and candidate management.
• Manage high-volume and business-critical recruitment campaigns across regional and operational locations.
• Build talent pipelines through PageUp, LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted market-search activities.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide market insights and recruitment recommendations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Travel to operational sites and depots to build stakeholder relationships and support recruitment activities as required.
