• Experience managing high-volume frontline recruitment

• Proactive sourcing techniques and use of recruitment tech

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontline recruitment nationally
• Partner with leaders to plan campaigns and respond to workforce needs
• Source candidates through advertising, direct approaches, referrals and searches
• Build pipelines for recurring frontline roles
• Guide hiring managers through timely, consistent selection decisions
• Visit operational teams to understand workforce requirements
