Job summary

Aurizon is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Adviser for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Network business in Rockhampton and through flexible arrangements. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a range of operational, technical and frontline roles, partnering with leaders to deliver proactive attraction and hiring strategies.

Role involves high-volume campaigns, building pipelines with PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter, and travelling to operational sites as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated recruitment experience within an agency, RPO or internal talent acquisition environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer service and communication skills.
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates across a variety of skilled, technical or operational roles.
• Experience using recruitment systems such as PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
• The ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• A current and valid driver's licence.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Adviser to join Aurizon's internal recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Supporting our Network business, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of operational, technical and frontline roles.

As a trusted recruitment adviser, you will work closely with leaders across the Network business to deliver proactive and innovative attraction, sourcing and hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities include:
