Job summary

Aurizon is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Adviser on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Network business. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end recruitment across diverse operational and technical roles, with a strong emphasis on proactive attraction and stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with leaders to provide market insights, manage high-volume campaigns, and build talent pipelines. Some travel to operational sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in agency, RPO or internal talent acquisition environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates across skilled, technical or operational roles.
• Experience using PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
• The ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• A current and valid driver’s licence.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Adviser to join Aurizon's internal recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Supporting our Network business, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of operational, technical and frontline roles.

As a trusted recruitment adviser, you will work closely with leaders across the Network business to deliver proactive and innovative attraction, sourcing and hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering full end-to-end recruitment services, including the support of workforce planning, attraction strategies, sourcing, assessment and candidate management.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience sourcing candidates across a variety of skilled, technical or operational roles.
• Experience using recruitment systems such as PageUp and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
• The ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
