Superior People Recruitment seeks a National Systems Specialist to implement, support and maintain construction estimating and workflow software across Australia. This hands-on role partners with Head Office, IT, development teams, and franchise staff to ensure the systems are adopted, current and well used.

Based in the Shepparton region or willing to relocate, you will travel to sites and deliver initial and ongoing training while maintaining templates, cost libraries and standard workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Hands‑on experience with residential construction estimating software and workflow tools.
• Knowledge of the residential building process: estimating, quoting, purchase orders, variations, job costing.
• Experience implementing, configuring or administering business software for other users.
• Experience training people who are not technical, one to one and in groups.
• Strong written documentation skills: test plans, how‑to guides, status reports.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Able to regularly travel to sites across Australia.

• Documentation and reporting.
• Act as the first point of contact for franchisee and Head Office questions and faults on the estimating and workflow systems.
• Log, prioritise and resolve support requests and keep the requester informed until closed.
• Raise faults with the vendor and track to resolution.
• Deliver initial training to operators and staff, in person and remotely.
• Provide ongoing training as features are released.
• Build and maintain national estimating templates and standard workflows.
• Collaborate with Head Office IT on integrations between estimating and other systems.
