The role is hands‑on and technical, requiring deep knowledge of residential building estimating, disciplined testing and clear documentation, plus the ability to train non‑technical staff and travel

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with residential construction estimating software and workflow tools.
• Experience implementing, configuring or administering business software for users.
• Experience training non-technical users, one-to-one and in groups.
• Strong written documentation skills: test plans, how-to guides, status reports.
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchisee implementation and onboarding of estimating systems.
• Maintain and support national templates, cost libraries, and workflows.
• Provide training to operators, estimators, and office staff, both in person and remotely.
• Log, prioritise and resolve support requests; keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate integrations and data testing with IT and software vendors.
• Serve as a liaison with vendors and Head Office staff.
