Job summary

Superior People Recruitment is seeking a National Systems Specialist to implement, support and maintain construction estimating and workflow management software across locations. The role is hands-on, working with the Head Office team to take new offices from sign-up to fully operational systems.

Based in Shepparton or nearby, travel across Australia is required. Remote or hybrid work is not available; you will train estimators, supervisors, and office staff, and collaborate with IT, software

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with residential construction estimating software and workflow systems.
• Experience training non-technical users, one-to-one and in groups.
• Strong documentation skills: test plans, guides, status reports.
• Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel to sites across Australia.
• Experience implementing or administering business software for others.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee implementation and onboarding of estimating/workflow systems.
• System maintenance, support and ongoing operational improvements.
• Deliver initial and ongoing training to operators, estimators and staff.
• Develop national templates, cost libraries and standard workflows.
• Manage integrations, data validation and testing.
• Liaise with vendors and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Document processes and provide regular reporting.
• Be the first point of contact for questions and faults across locations.
