Job summary

My People Group is seeking a National Sales & Marketing Manager to lead a nationwide, dispersed sales team and align marketing with commercial growth. You will report to the CEO and sit on the Senior Leadership Team, shaping the organization’s growth strategy and ensuring disciplined execution over long-cycle project sales.

This executive role requires strong leadership, CRM governance, and the ability to build market presence across specialist markets, delivering measurable outcomes and revenue

Qualifications

Experience leading a national or regional B2B sales team.
Proven track record in long-cycle project sales (12–24 months).
Ability to build and manage a substantial qualified pipeline with CRM and forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead a geographically dispersed sales team and establish clear roles, priorities and accountabilities.
Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth and market presence.
Co-create and supervise CRM governance, pipeline management and forecasting processes.
Drive marketing alignment to support commercial priorities and growth objectives.
Coach and develop the sales team to improve revenue and margin performance.
Collaborate with the CEO and SLT to shape and deliver the growth agenda.
