Qualificações

• Significant sales leadership experience with a proven track record of profitable growth.
• Experience managing key customers and strategic channel partnerships.
• Strong capability in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the national sales and commercial strategy to identify market opportunities and drive growth.
• Lead national sales performance, budgets, forecasts, and growth plans for revenue, margin and retention.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with major customers, wholesalers and partners.
• Lead pricing strategies and major commercial negotiations including contracts and rebates.
• Lead and develop a high-performing national sales team and succession planning.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product Management and the ELT to optimise margins and go-to-market plans.
• Maintain pipeline governance, provide meaningful performance analysis, and identify emerging customer needs.
