Laserbond Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our national sales function and shape the long-term commercial strategy. This senior role sits to the Head of Sales & Marketing and focuses on developing capability, driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships across Australia.

You will lead a national team, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Marketing and Finance, and ensure customer commitments align with operational capability

• Extensive experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles.
• Proven success leading national sales teams.
• Strong experience managing strategic customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial growth strategies.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching and mentoring capability.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience in utilising digital CRM software to the advantage of a business.
