In this role you will develop market strategies, build strong customer partnerships with clinicians and purchasing leads, and ensure sustainable revenue growth while navigating hospital procurement dynamics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership within the Australian Healthcare market.
• Demonstrated success in sales with ability to drive strategy, pipeline discipline, and revenue outcomes.
• Understanding of Australian hospital procurement pathways, panels and decision dynamics.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen with regional strategy and budgeting focus.
• Collaborative operator working with Marketing, Clinical and Supply Chain to win business.
