Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a National Manager Packaged for the Hawthorn East region. You will lead the Coles Collect sales portfolio, shaping strategies and driving growth with national customers and blue chip suppliers.

You will manage a high-performing team of Business Managers, travel monthly to supplier sites across the state and interstate, and implement best-practice sales processes to maximise margin and market share.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a high performing sales function and managing large strategic accounts.
• Experience in acquiring and managing large strategic customer accounts.
• Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing.
• Excellent organisational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of large national customers to grow sales and margins.
• Be a key contact for blue chip suppliers to ensure retention and growth.
• Build a high performing sales team through coaching and development of Business Managers.
• Drive best practice sales processes across the team.
• Identify new market opportunities based on research and market knowledge.
