Job summary

Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking an experienced National Business Manager to lead our Coles portfolio, driving growth, profitability and market share. You will develop and execute strategic plans, manage relationships with Coles stakeholders, and collaborate across Marketing, Demand Planning and Distribution to deliver customer-led outcomes.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, and experience with trade spend and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a National Business Manager or National Account Manager role.
• Strong national grocery experience with Coles/Woolworths exposure.
• Experience developing and executing customer and category growth strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and trade-spend management.
• Excellent relationship management, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with scan and market data such as Circana, Nielsen or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of strategic category and joint business plans with Coles.
• Managing the portfolio P&L, balancing volume, profitability and trade investment to deliver budget targets.
• Building strong relationships with Coles Category Managers, Buyers and demand and supply planning teams.
• Identifying opportunities to expand our dairy cheese the portfolio into new categories, segments and products.
• Interpreting market, customer and category data to identify trends and present actionable insights.
• Managing forecast accuracy across Saputo proprietary brands and private label products.
• Monitoring competitor pricing, promotions, range changes and new product activity.
• Project managing customer-specific new product development and product changes.
• Supporting private label tenders, range reviews and other key customer projects.
• Collaborating with internal Category, Marketing, Innovation, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Distribution teams
