Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a highly commercial National Business Manager to lead the Coles portfolio. You will own category growth strategies, manage the P&L and drive collaboration across internal teams to deliver sales and profitability targets.

With strong experience in national grocery accounts and a proven track record in growth initiatives, you will influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives across multiple Saputo brands and private label activity.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a National Business Manager or National Account Manager role.
• Strong national grocery exposure, with Coles, Woolworths or independent grocery network experience.
• Experience developing and executing customer and category growth strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and trade-spend management.
• Excellent relationship management, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own development and execution of strategic category and joint business plans with Coles.
• Manage portfolio P&L, balancing volume, profitability and trade investments to hit targets.
• Build relationships with Coles Category Managers, Buyers and demand/supply planning teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand the dairy portfolio into new categories, segments and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams on new product development, range changes and tenders.
