Job summary

Endeavour Group’s ALH Hotels team is seeking a proactive National Operations Specialist to coordinate national initiatives and connect teams across Operations, Transformation, Commercial and Marketing. You’ll support the General Manager - Hospitality in prioritising meetings and communications to drive strategic outcomes.

You will help streamline processes, ensure consistent ways of working, and provide insights to improve efficiency across our national hotel network.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination or executive support within a large or complex organisation.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels.
• Experience coordinating projects, improving processes and supporting business transformation.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights and improvements.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and managing executive-level priorities and communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national initiatives: plan, schedule and execute operational projects and transformation initiatives.
• Connect teams and stakeholders across Operations, Transformation, Commercial, Marketing, Communications and other functions.
• Support senior leadership by coordinating priorities, meetings, communications and day-to-day activities.
• Drive operational consistency by partnering with State Operations Support teams to streamline workflows.
• Manage competing priorities with visibility of upcoming initiatives and risk assessment.
• Provide insights and reporting to support decision-making and track progress against initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement by simplifying processes and adopting new tools and systems across the business.
