Job summary

Endeavour Group’s ALH Hotels is seeking a Senior Manager - Local Area Marketing (Partnering) to lead a national team of Local Area Marketing Partners and drive local engagement across venues. You will partner with state ops for alignment, scale central campaigns locally, and ensure brand and regulatory compliance.

You will guide a high-performing team, shape venue marketing plans, and drive ROI through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated marketing experience in multi-site hospitality, retail, or fast-paced consumer-facing environments.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing remote or multi-site marketing teams.
• Proven ability to design, refine, and implement frameworks, toolkits, and workflows that drive productivity and scalability.
• Strong capability in managing marketing budgets and analysing footfall and revenue data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Local Area Marketing Partners while removing operational friction so they can focus on Publican relationship building.
• Partner with State Operations Managers to align local marketing with commercial objectives and act as the key escalation point.
• Standardise planning toolkits, frameworks, and briefing processes to increase delivery speed and execution quality across the portfolio.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews to capture breakthrough venue ideas and adapt them for national scaling.
• Maintain clear separation between partnering and delivering teams, routing executional and production requirements to central delivery specialists.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets, analyze footfall and revenue data, and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
• Ensure local integration of national and state campaigns into venue marketing plans while upholding brand standards and relevant regulations.
