Job summary

Endeavour Group is hiring a Business Development & Partnerships Manager - National Accommodation. This hybrid role, based in Sydney or Melbourne, drives national revenue, expands our accommodation footprint, and builds strategic partnerships across corporate, government, leisure, and trade segments.

You will expand our Nightelier Hotel Collective and ALH Accommodation network, optimise RevPAR, and deliver growth through new business development and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales within multi-site hospitality groups.
• Experience cold calling, networking and generating new business across corporate accounts, travel agents and TMCs.

Responsibilities

• Develop national accommodation opportunities with a focus on key hotels and openings.
• Build and manage sales pipelines through on-site visits, events, and prospecting.
• Manage relationships with major accounts to maximise yield and occupancy.
• Participate in tenders/RFPs and negotiate room-rate contracts based on volume/yield.
• Collaborate with marketing and OTAs to boost direct bookings and brand awareness.
• Maintain client databases and produce monthly results and pipeline reports.
