Job summary

Ekera Dental, a growing national dental group with 55 practices, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead operational performance across the network and partner with practice leaders, clinicians and support teams to drive growth and patient experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will guide a team of Business Liaison Managers, oversee budgeting and governance, and deliver strategic initiatives across locations, including interstate travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Business Liaison Managers across a national network of dental practices.
• Drive operational performance, business growth and accountability across locations.
• Partner with practice leaders to improve profitability, productivity and patient growth.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational projects.
• Build relationships with clinicians, practice managers and support office teams.
• Support practices in achieving compliance, accreditation and governance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Champion a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and patient care.
