Dandy is revolutionizing the dental industry by providing an operating system for dental offices worldwide. We seek a results-driven Account Manager to grow a 200+ dentist portfolio, maintain strong clinician relationships, and upsell solutions across practices.

You will collaborate with Sales, Training, and Support to maximize NRR and drive user activation while continuously refining engagement strategies. Travel to offsites and customer visits may be required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a role interfacing with dentists
• Track record of upselling and growing your account portfolio
• Enjoy talking on the phone with clients for over 60% of your day
• Desire to understand customer pain points in depth
• Comfort analyzing data and using dashboards to inform decisions
• Enthusiasm for experimentation and iteration to improve retention and outcomes
• Highly motivated, performance-driven individual
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Responsabilidades

• Book Management: drive Net Revenue Retention through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagement
• Use data and feedback to analyze your book and plan customer engagement
• Manage doctor experience during critical moments of the customer journey
• Commercial Sales: identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Drive activations of more users/doctors within a practice and sales of additional scanners
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with doctors to foster trust and loyalty
• Provide consultative solutions and negotiate terms with doctors based on goals and feedback
• Experiment and implement churn-reduction strategies
• Cross-functional collaboration with support and training to serve customers better
• Understand dental practice operations and digital dentistry competitive landscape
