Based in Canterbury, VIC, you will coach and develop a team of Business Liaison Managers, partnering with practice leaders, Dentists and support offices across locations.

You will drive profitability, productivity and patient growth, oversee budgeting, forecasting and governance, and lead change initiatives to support sustainable growth across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience within multi-site operations.
• Strong ability to drive profitability, productivity and patient growth.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and governance in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Business Liaison Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive practice performance, profitability, productivity and patient growth.
• Partner with practice leaders to strengthen team and operational performance.
• Monitor business KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategic initiatives and operational projects nationally.
• Build productive relationships with Dentists and practice leadership teams.
• Support compliance, accreditation and governance requirements.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and broader business planning.
• Lead change initiatives across a geographically dispersed network.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and patient-centred care.
