Multigate Medical Products Pty Ltd is recruiting a National Sales Manager in Sydney to lead the nationwide sales team and execute strategic plans that deliver growth in revenue and margin across hospitals, day surgeries and distributors.

You will oversee several regions, coach managers, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with healthcare procurement processes and tendering frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, medical devices or capital equipment sales.
2-3+ years leading national sales teams.
Proven track record achieving revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the national sales strategy and annual plan.
Lead and coach Regional Managers and sales professionals across territories.
Manage key accounts including hospitals, day surgeries and distributors.
