Job summary

PERSOL in Australia seeks an experienced Sales Leader to manage a high‑performing team across NSW and ACT. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on field engagement, coaching clinical selling, and driving commercial performance to improve patient outcomes.

You will steer regional strategy, foster strong customer relationships, and lead tenders and contracts in a dynamic healthcare market. A strong MedTech background and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams in MedTech/medical devices.
• Experience engaging with clinicians, procurement and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to translate regional strategy into actionable plans and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop an established team across NSW/ACT.
• Maintain field presence and coach team in clinical selling and account management.
• Own regional sales performance, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build direct relationships with key customers and healthcare stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into NSW/ACT regional strategy and execution.
• Lead strategic account plans with public and private healthcare organisations.
• Oversee tenders, contracts and procurement processes in collaboration with related teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Customer Service to deliver integrated solutions.
