Job summary

ACECQA, based in Sydney, seeks a Project Manager for a national Learning Management System transition. You will lead planning, data migration, integrations and testing while coordinating stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of training into the new LMS environment.

The role is full-time fixed term for 9 months at Band 6, located in Sydney, with a salary range of $130,608 to $145,629.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience leading implementation/migration/transformation of large-scale digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance and delivery of a national LMS transition.
• Manage data migration, system integrations and testing.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure operational readiness and continuity of service during transition.
