IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant / Solution Lead to support the delivery of a modern enterprise learning platform. This role focuses on implementing LMS, HR system integrations and digital learning solutions across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS platforms.
• Strong ability to integrate LMS with HR, reporting, or workforce management systems.
• Experience delivering cloud-based, scalable, user-friendly learning solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems (HR and reporting).
• Support learner management, program administration, reporting and record management.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and support data sharing across stakeholder groups.
• Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences.
• Provide advice on system optimisation and user adoption.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and gather business requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, solution documentation and delivery reporting.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
• Provide technical guidance and training to key stakeholders and administrators.
