Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive capability and performance across our People & Culture function. You will design practical, scalable L&D programs for a mixed workforce, from frontline manufacturing to senior leaders, and lead projects with internal teams and external providers.

You will partner with P&C leaders to shape annual plans, deliver blended learning, and use analytics to continually improve outcomes while supporting succession planning and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering adult learning solutions across hybrid workforces including leadership development.
• Proven ability to build scalable L&D programs, systems and processes.
• Strong facilitation, communication and consulting skills with ability to influence from shop floor to executive level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct robust training needs analysis across the business with data-driven insights.
• Partner with P&C Business Partners and leaders to shape annual learning and leadership development plans.
• Design and deliver blended learning programs (face-to-face and virtual) to drive capability uplift and behavioural change.
• Build leadership development tools aligned to Noumi's values and strategic goals; enable frontline coaching.
• Support succession planning and identify emerging leaders with P&C BPs.
• Lead L&D projects end-to-end, manage external providers, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Use learning analytics to measure impact and refine offerings.
