Job summary

Nexia Australia is recruiting a National Learning & Development Consultant to lead the implementation of the learning strategy across a network of independently operated firms. The role offers national scope and autonomy, with a three-day-a-week schedule and a fixed term of 12 months, possible extension.

You will connect ongoing work, identify high-value opportunities and build a consistent national experience while preserving each firm’s needed flexibility.

Qualifications

• This role requires an experienced L&D, talent or organisational development professional.
• It involves strategic thinking, autonomy and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to design and deliver practical learning experiences across networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Nexia Australia’s learning strategy across a network of independent firms.
• Turn strategy into a clear roadmap with priorities, milestones and measures of success.
• Review programs, platforms and investment to scale what works across the network.
• Design and deliver national programs spanning technical excellence, leadership and onboarding.
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to turn diverse perspectives into action.
• Establish governance and reporting showing participation and value to senior stakeholders.
