Zusammenfassung

Victaulic is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join the ANZ HR team in Brisbane. You will help shape how colleagues learn, develop, and grow, partnering with leaders, HR, and the Global L&D team to design and deliver development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and career progression.

Based in Eagle Farm, you will design programs across leadership, professional, technical, and commercial areas and deliver workshops both in person and virtually,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Learning & Development or related HR roles.
• Proven ability designing and delivering corporate learning programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, in person and virtual.
• Experience collaborating with leaders to develop capability and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and multi-priority handling.
• Ability to measure learning outcomes and demonstrate business impact.
• Experience working with diverse workforces including frontline teams.
• Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally Southeast Asia.
• Able to work on-site full-time from Eagle Farm office.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and facilitate leadership, professional, technical, and commercial L&D programs.
• Deliver engaging workshops and learning experiences in person and online.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into solutions.
• Facilitate leadership development and coach managers in people leadership.
• Develop career pathways, mentoring initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Manage learning programs end-to-end including planning, delivery, and reporting.
• Track learning effectiveness and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on broader L&D initiatives.
• Support HR projects with L&D expertise across talent and workforce development.
