Nexus Australia is seeking a National Learning & Development Consultant to lead the implementation of the firm’s learning strategy across a network of independently operated firms from any Nexia office in Australia. The role offers national scope in a three-day-a-week arrangement, with a fixed term of 12 months and potential extension.

You will connect ongoing initiatives, identify value opportunities, and build a consistent national experience while preserving the flexibility each firm needs,

Formación

• Experienced L&D, talent or organisational development professional.
• Capable of strategic thinking while delivering practical results.
• Able to operate autonomously with minimal direction.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the national L&D strategy into a roadmap with priorities, milestones and measures of success.
• Review learning programs, providers, platforms and investments to identify gaps and scale what works across the network.
• Design and deliver national programs spanning technical excellence, leadership, people management, advisory capability, digital and AI skills, onboarding and career development.
• Create practical, engaging learning experiences using strong adult learning principles.
• Build trusted relationships with partners, firm leaders and People & Culture across Australia.
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to turn diverse perspectives into shared priorities and action.
• Partner with Nexia’s global learning team and external providers to bring best thinking to the Australian network.
• Establish governance and reporting showing participation, outcomes and value, with clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
