You will connect ongoing work, map high-value opportunities and craft a consistent national experience while preserving local flexibility.

This newly created role offers national scope, a three-day-a-week schedule, and a 12-month fixed term with potential extension.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced L&D, talent or organisational development professional who can operate strategically and still deliver.
• Autonomous, with the ability to drive priorities in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Credible, curious and able to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
