Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• Experience integrating LMS platforms with HR, reporting or workforce systems.
• Ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly learning platforms with analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise HR and reporting platforms.
• Support learner management, program administration and reporting.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing across stakeholder groups.
• Implement AI-enabled features and user-focused learning experiences.
• Advise on system optimisation, adoption and enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and gather business requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, documentation and delivery reporting.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
