Better Rehab in Melbourne is seeking an HR Manager to own the employee experience. You’ll lead a team of 6 HR professionals located across Australia, the Philippines, and beyond, shaping retention and engagement strategies aligned with growth.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll define the employee lifecycle—from attraction to offboarding—empower leaders, develop EVP, and ensure compliance with NDIS and WHS standards, while keeping a people-first culture.

• Proven track record of designing retention and employee experience strategies.
• Strategic thinker with long-term vision and execution capability.
• Accountability for outcomes and data-driven progress.
• Experience leading P&C across the employee lifecycle: talent, engagement, performance, L&D, relations.
• Strong coaching, influence and cross-functional collaboration.
