Better Rehab is seeking an HR Manager to own the employee experience and retention strategy. You will lead a national team of 6 HR professionals and collaborate with a P&C leadership group to shape the employee journey and employer brand.

You’ll define long-term retention initiatives, map lifecycle stages, and empower leaders to build strong teams while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience throughout Australia and beyond.

Formación

• Proven track record designing retention and employee experience strategies that measurably improve retention and engagement.
• Strategic thinker with ability to set a long-term vision and execute it.
• Experience leading a P&C function across the employee lifecycle including talent, engagement, performance, L&D and employee relations.
• Strong coach, influencer and collaborator capable of guiding leaders and a senior P&C team.
• Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards or similar regulated, people-services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define a clear long-term retention and employee experience strategy that aligns with business growth and gain executive buy-in.
• Lead retention initiatives nationally, using turnover and engagement data to drive action and measure impact.
• Map and improve every stage of the employee lifecycle from attraction to offboarding.
• Build leadership capability to retain and develop teams through coaching and tools.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management and development to create a future with the company.
