Able Australia is seeking a National Manager People Operations to lead the national People and Culture function across Victoria and beyond. You will report to the Chief People Officer and guide a multidisciplinary team responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, injury management, training, compliance, and HR systems.

You will partner with senior leaders to provide expert workforce advice, drive complex change, and strengthen our people practices to ensure an exceptional employee

Formación

• Significant People and Culture leadership experience in a complex, multi-site, highly regulated environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Australian employment law, industrial relations, and enterprise agreements, including unionised settings.
• Proven ability to partner with executives, providing commercially sound advice and leading complex workforce initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and balancing competing priorities.
• Experience in disability, community services or healthcare sectors is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Able Australia’s national People Operations team, building capability and a high-performing culture.
• Partner with Executive and Senior Leaders to influence strategic decisions and steer complex people initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning and organisational change, including restructures and redeployment.
• Oversee workforce governance, compliance, and policies to meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement across People and Culture systems, reporting, and analytics.
