Job summary

Endeavour Group is recruiting for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager - National Accommodation. The role drives national revenue and expands our accommodation footprint, working across ALH Hotels and Nightelier Hotel Collective networks.

Hybrid work is offered with opportunities to travel nationally to engage corporate, government and leisure partners. You will develop new business, manage key accounts and negotiate room rate contracts, while partnering with marketing and revenue teams

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a B2B/B2C sales role with cold calling and new business generation.
• Established national networks across corporate accounts, travel agents and TMCs.
• Willingness to travel nationally and across multi-site hotel environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with understanding of yield management and RFP processes.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and convert national accommodation opportunities with focus on hotels and openings.
• Pipeline & Pavement Sales: build sales pipelines via cold calling, client visits, trade shows and prospecting.
• Account & Partnership Management: manage relationships with key volume clients and travel partners to maximise demand.
• Contracting & Tenders: participate in tenders/RFPs, review and negotiate room rate contracts.
• Marketing & Channel Strategy: collaborate with marketing teams and OTAs to boost direct bookings.
• Reporting & Field Influence: maintain client data and monthly results; influence hotel teams to drive sales.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships with hotel teams, revenue management and support functions.
