u&u Recruitment Partners seeks a National Business Manager – Grocery to lead strategic growth across the Major Grocery channel in Australia. You will shape long-term customer strategies, drive joint business planning and steer commercial initiatives across category growth, pricing, promotions, assortment and investment.

You will lead the Grocery team, align account managers around priorities and influence senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable sales, profitability and market share growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Major Grocery customers within FMCG.
• Strong commercial acumen across trade investment, profitability and customer planning.
• Proven ability to negotiate with senior customers.
• Knowledge of category management and shopper behaviour in Australian groceries.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial opportunities.
• Leader who can influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
